So, finally got charged for the books. But they're still sitting as SFG (6 business days now). Anyone else been waiting this long to see them switch to G/QC? Patience really is a virtue...

Not sure what these means for the future of fast track during our Covid era, but I got a very unexpected surprise package before I thought it would even be worth my while to check on the status of:

39 books sent value slow boat

received 6/17/20

25 of them "shipped" 6/24/20, back in my possession 6/30/20

other 14 of them shipped 7/2/20

They would reply back to the email address that you listed on their form. I've used their online contact form to ask questions several times, they'll reply back w/in 24 hours (business day) and usually same day if sent in AM.
