current turn around rates at CGC 80 80

I sent in two books via walk through CGC/CCS.... I elected to have them "pre-screened". How long does it take for a walk through take to get pre-screened?

4, FOUR came back under grade by 2 grades or more... 
And of course the two that did well were the two I cared LEAST about... Im super bummed one of my File copies apparently had some staining I missed and my expected 9.0 was graded 7.5
 

I would love to see some pics. Maybe in the PGM Forum with a "results are in" post. Apparently, CGC has been tighter on grading recently and those books could help us all assess the current grading standards over there.

What return delivery services are most of you guys using (FedEx, UPS or USPS)? I just realized adding to the delays caused by the prioritizing books from in-house signings, the US Postal Service has been sluggish recently due to some internal restructuring. Will you guys be using USPS Registered Mail in the near future?

I'm in S.C. and it normally takes 4/5 days. For whatever reason, my shipments go to Charlotte and sit there a day or two before coming back south.

Nope. I have an Economy Fast Track waiting to be received on their dock right now. ASM 50, ASM 300, and ASM Annual 1. I have no patience.

Huh. FedEx SAID it required my signature (which was consistent with previous) but they just dropped it off at my doorstep, no knock no effort to get a signature.

With Covid, it's likely to be more and more common. Some of it will obviously depend on the driver and how well he knows who is delivering to. I've had my last couple get delivered with a wave as he was getting back in his truck.
