Has anyone had problems with CGC not picking up your comic books from the post office?  My package arrived at the post office in Sarasota available for pick on 1/31/21 at 1:56 pm and CGC still hasn't picked it up or at least that is what tracking shows (Available for Pickup)

I called today.  My Value and Economy Tier books received on 9/14 are being finalized at CCS and should be transferred to CGC "in the next few days"  

FWIW, CCS charged me on 12/28.

Mine arrived in Sarasota and, according to tracking, was “Delivered” on Jan. 25.  It still has not been received by CGC.  This is my first submission.  This limbo phase—where the postal service says its job is done and CGC takes weeks to acknowledge receipt—is annoying and disconcerting.  I get that it takes time to grade given the crush of submissions. But promptly letting submitters know that, yes, we’ve received your valuables, seems like it should be a priority.
