Same here. I have 200 or so that were delivered 3/18/21 not marked received yet.  They seem to move well once they mark them and it appears that someone is working Saturdays. At least based on notifications I've received on earlier shipments.

Make sure to check them close.  My last reholder batch of 14 book had half that had hairline cracks on the lower left side of the slab.  Not obvious unless you look close and turn the slab in the light... I didn’t even notice until later after I took pics and everything.  Seems to be from someone being in a hurry during reholder.  Being reholdered again now...

If I ever submit comics to CGC again, it'll be after they've resolved their bottleneck issues. When I submitted my comics, the TAT was 3 weeks. There was no mention of that TAT beginning whenever they got around to it. 

Status is still "Received" as of 4/7. I'm never submitting to CGC again.

Well Modern Slow Track is at 50 business days. Ie 10 weeks from Received. That date is in May. The other grading company shows about the same.... should of done fast track if you were in that big of hurry.

Talked to customer service about this. I was told the 9.8 with damage was "probably damaged in shipping" to CGC. I asked why the book would be graded a 9.8 with damage to it. Didn't receive a reply to that comment. I was told that the grades that seemed off "weren't a big deal and it's not like a family member passed." I didn't really know how to take that comment so I ended the conversation pretty abruptly. I think after the other 3 submissions I have with CGC are completed I'll be checking to see what Voldemort has to offer.

Yikes. Unless we're missing some context, that's not a line that should be coming from Customer Service for any number of reasons.

I'm in the same boat. 136 books were delivered on 3/17/21, but haven't been received yet.
