My worry is the potential for packages getting misplaced within the USPS facility if they start running out of room in one section due to an overflow of boxes.

I'd call them, ask if there is an issue at the PO. Did you do delivery with no signature? I did.

I don't have any boxes at the USPS office currently, but typically insure my boxes. That being said, I have about 5 separate submissions sitting in my closet until CGC receives the packages quicker.

March 19th is the submission deadline.  They have THREE signature events in and around the same bleeping week!!!!!  Unbelievable.

Yeah, that is my worry too. They could at least pick up the shipments and load them in. I think I will email and ask them when they plan on picking up, and see what they say.....

I recently sent in 2 books to be pressed/graded via the Walk Thru service. I also asked CCS to pre screen them to determine if they would benefit from pressing. It took 10 business days for the pre screening process and an additional 15 business days to press them. One of the books was deemed pressable, so they just went ahead and pressed it without notifying me. I was sent an e-mail for the other one telling me I had a 50/50 shot at a higher grade. CGC received the books late in the afternoon on a Thursday, and they were graded/shipped back to me the next day. Luckily, both books went up a grade from 8.0/9.0 to 8.5/9.2, respectively.

If people are going to pay them extra for being slow they have no incentive to speed things up. Its not like they will lose money paying more workers because they have orders piling up.

Wow, it seems like CGC is stuck on that 12/11 received date for moderns graded (since mid January).
