Most of the time for a missing coupon you are topping out around the 4.0 range, but it depends on the rest of the book, the size of the missing coupon and the location (does it affect story or not). However, if the book is otherwise a high grade, then it would be qualified and the coupon would not affect the grade. The missing coupon would be noted on the label.
