The One Before the Big One...

I was just thinking that it would be fun to see the pre-hero books...one issue before!

Amazing Adult Fantasy 14, TOS 38, etc. Most of these books rarely see the light of day.

I'll start with my contribution (though not really a biggie)...

This to me is a very important book in the history of Marvel Comics.

Can anyone guess why?

It's the last book before they ruined the Marvel universe by introducing some fool in metal?

Here's a hint.

Name all the Pre-Hero titles.

Name the superhero that comes into that title.

Iron-Man is the ..................... one!!!

He was the last one right?

JIM - thor

TTA - antman

Strange Tales - torch

TOS - Iron man

Modern one? i.e. non-fantasy based, but technology based...or

Burdened one? needs a heart transplant, i.e. a continuation of the everyday pains

into the superhero pathos!

Thanks Harry.

Basically you are correct. acclaim.gif

It's the LAST Marvel Pre-Hero book. Once Iron-Man appears, there are no other titles only dedicated to Sci-Fi / Horror. Obviously, Stan Lee realized completely that SuperHeroes were back in fashion.
