Three cups of Sainsburys Gold Roast Instant.  £3 a jar.  Nothing posh.

Nice. If the panic buying continues we may have to revert to Mellow Birds Ken.

Does anyone know what the f:censored:ing comic cover is? lol

There's a general air of apathy about this one.

I like my tea strong. Dash of milk. None of this whishy whashy milky dish water. Good strong tea.

When I have the time (and there isn't a pandemic) I buy raw coffee beans and roast them myself.  It's night and day to any other coffee.  Somewhere in this journal are pics of that.

Otherwise, I try to buy as freshly roasted as I can find, and then grind and use a dripper (way better than French Press).

But yeah...very strong...black.

No, but I tend to like my birds mellow Steve. Type B women if you catch my drift. I can't deal with the high energy type.

Indeed Ryan. Nobody likes a high maintenence coffee.

I remember those posts.

I think it was renowned coffee connoisseur Frank Drebin who recommended that it's best to grind your own beans.

I've so far determined that it isn't one of Curt Swan's.
