These books intrigue me, and I was wondering which was the first of these to be given out? Also, does anybody have a definitive list of them? I know I should use Google but I'm way too lazy today.

The first ones to come up to mind are Batman 608, Superman 204, Infinite Crisis 1, Superman/Batman 14, Fable 6 and Global Frequency 1

Off course there are a ton more, should be great to put together a complete list.
