I can never find the One Shot in GPA so I'm not sure if its rare or not. And if it was shilled by the seller, they would still have to pay the fees which is unlikely. From what I understand, unpaid items do not get recorded. Is there a movie that's been announced? What am I missing? I never thought Dazzler was all that special.
