I can't believe how cheap ASM 102 is going for...seems due for a correction...

Price may be depressed as I saw a long box of these in the Mile High II collection but most had blue distributor ink overspray.

The ASM 101 vs 102 price difference is due to the market focus on 1st apps - the 2nd and later appearances may get dragged along as the 1st appearance rises, but there is a healthy gap between them.

In the mid 00s I had a focus on 9.0+ DC and Marvel 52, 100 page, and Giant-Size issues. ASM #102 was always one of the easiest ones to find in HG - likely due to Spidey's popularity = big print run.

Interesting. Can you provide a link? Hopefully they announce this before the August Clink auction as I have an undercopy in the auction (CGC 9.2) and would appreciate the price bump. lol

Heard Andrew Garfield or Joseph Gordon-Levitt are being eyed for Moon Knight. Might be time to jump on an affordable 32-33.

I’ve also seen Keanu Reeves mentioned for this...

My pos copy went for $400. I called it a 1.8, MCS called it a 2, but in addition to the usual faults a 2.0 would have, somebody cut the first four wraps with a scissor.

It was a $10 book not that long ago.

The market is not so focused on 1st appearance - or Hulk #180 would be more expensive than 181.

There is a little more required than a simple first appearance.

I don't really think a warehouse would affect an ASM issue...

Oh really?

How about a warehouse find of ASM 667 Dell' Otto.

Think that book wouldn't fall off a cliff?

Well, it doesn't get much simpler than a single panel on the final page. :eyeroll:

The market has focused on the 1st appearance of Wolverine, it is deemed to be Hulk 181...........
