Chicago Show Form Link Broken?!

Help: I can't get the show form for Chicago to appear. I was logged in working on the form, but I timed out (after fifteen minutes) and now my browser won't load the form. I've restarted my computer, done everything, what's going on? Is the link broken? thanks

This is the link for the online grading forms that one has to bring to the Chicago Wizard Comicon for CGC graders. I can't get it to appear anymore (it timed out and I was logged in). I don't know what to do. Thanks

HI guys,

 

I saw this last night as well. Hulk's post in the non-collecting Q&A folder brought it to my attention. It seems it was just a hiccup in the hosting services. I emailed their tech support last night to get them on it, and it seems fine this morning. Let me know if you have any further problems.
