Broken Corner Post

I just received a book back from CGC and 1 of the corner posts is completely broken and there is an obvious gap in the case at that corner. Beyond that 1 imperfection the book is still sealed and the book and case look in perfect condition. What is the policy regarding this, will the book be reholdered or will it be regraded before being reholdered?

If only one corner post is broken, the book is eligible for the ReHolder service but you must leave the comic in the outer case when it is submitted.
