Is this a legit signed edition? Never seen one where Stan signed with a ballpoint pen before.

 

Not only that, the numbering placement also looks odd; aren't all numbering supposed to be under Superman's cape?

Your copy looks pretty legitimate to me.

I've seen many copies with a blue ballpoint-looking pen with Stan's signature placed above Spidey - just like yours.

Also the numbering appears to have "correct" placement from prior copies I've seen/owned.

The numbering xxx/2000 appears in a few different places above & below Supes' cape.

Some are blue ballpoint. Some have a year after the signature. Some are in a black sharpie.

 

I doubt Stan signed all 2000 copies in one particular sit-down setting.
