CGC elite membership

If I purchase the Elite membership now, can the discount apply to my pending invoices, that not graded/shipped yet.

 

For example: I have 2 prescreen invoices (10% discount) that still waiting to be graded and if I purchase an Elite membership now, can the discount (15%) apply to those 2 invoices? CGC doesn't charge until the final count of books that pass the prescreen grade so could the new discount apply to these invoices if they haven't charged the invoice yet?

No, the discount is only applied to future submissions. Any books in-house will have to continue under the current pricing and account that they were submitted by.
