Question about Numbering on comics

I have a quick question about numbering on comics.

 

At ECCC, the Five Ghosts #1 convention copy was limited to 200 copies. The author was taking a marker and writing the number on the back cover as they were sold. Would this automatically give the book a Qualified label?

Any unwitnessed numbering will either be Qualified or will be factored into the grade (if the book is already lower in grade).
