Questions about Al Williamson

3 posts in this topic

Hey gang,

I've always been a fan and have a couple of questions about Al Williamson i can't seem to find the answer to and was wondering if anyone could help.

When Did Al officially retire and what was his last published book or cover?

What was the last book/cover Al inked over John Romita jr?

Does anyone have a checklist of issues he inked Curt Swan?

Did he ever ink Jim Aparo?

Did Al ever do commissions or recreations?

Did Al continue to draw after his official retirement from inking or did the dementia/Alzheimer's take that from him? if so, did any of that art ever hit the marketplace?

Perhaps Al Williamson Adventures, published by Insight Studios Group in 2003?

thanks,

do you know what the last comic he inked was and/or the last book he inked JR/JR over? I was a big fan of their work, but Al retired during one of the short periods i'd stopped collecting
