Comics and Magazine reholder? Send on same form?

Over the past few months I have accumulated about a dozen comics and magazines with less than desirable holders. When I submit these for reholder do I need to submit under 2 invoices (comic and magazine) or can I add all into one to cut the cost of shipping and invoice fees?
