Beautiful pencils and inks original art (NOT a print) and signed at the bottom by Neal Adams.

 

Mr. Adams kindly donated this original illustration to help raise funds for our War Comics Summit that we hold each year during Comic-Con International in San Diego. We have underwritten the plane flights and hotel accommodations of many artists and writers of DC War Comics over the last 19 years by holding an auction DURING the banquet; but this item has a broader appeal than the genre of war comics, so for the first (and maybe only) time, we're pre-auctioning an item on eBay to help defray the costs.

 

We are very grateful for Mr. Adams's donation. I approached him at Wondercon in Anaheim on March 29 and told him about our group; and without blinking an eye, Mr. Adams passed this illustration to me (from a couple of items he was working on right on his table) because he's aware of the work we've done over the years to sponsor creators' visits to Comic-Con International. 100% of the proceeds go toward our organization. This year our special guest is Russ Heath who is a legend among DC war comics collectors.
