I was so nervous cracking this book out of it's case...

 

All I was concerned about was...is this beauty going to keep it's grade. Especially after cracking the book out myself. Well it did and looks amazing!!

Perez was very nice and truly a gentleman. Thank You Mr. Perez and CGC.

lol!! Yeah, I haven't even received the book yet, still waiting for the mail to arrive. As soon as I receive the book I will be sure to post..the sketch is sweet.. can anybody guess?
