Get Marwood & I
"Lothar" "What" "Lothar!" "What!" "What are we doing in here?" "No idea. You're the Magician. We're not pre-hero Marvels all of a sudden, are we?" "No. No, I don't think - " "Hello" "Oh. Right. Interesting... Hello. Who are you?" "Mister Smiley Shadow Face. I was hoping you might help me" "Mister what?" "Smiley Shadow Face" "Right..." "How can we help you, Mister Smiley Shadow Face?" "Well, I was hoping - what with you being a Magician and all - that you might work out who the real Klagg is for us?" "The real who?" "Klagg, Sir. You see, we appear to have two of them, and both claim to be the one true Klagg. It's causing quite a stir in the thread you see" "Yes. Yes, I can see that. Do we have pictures of the two Klaggs?" "We do, yes. One is kind of metal looking and the other looks like a... well, a gormless monkey really. Here, let me see if I can - " "I heard that!" "What the !?! " "Gormless monkey! The cheek of it! You're not so hot looking yourself shadow face" "Oh dear..." "Nevermind 'oh dear', you.." "STOP!" "Mercy no, it's the other one!" "Other one? Other one! There is no 'other one'. There is only one Klagg! There can be only one Klagg! "I feel like I'm watching Highlander" "I don't think that's helping Lothar..." "Oo-oo-oo-oo do you think you are, coming on here and saying you're the one true Klagg!? If anyone is the one true Klagg it's m-m-me!" "You want to bet monkey boy! Klagg will destroy you and your monkey impostor face into the ground!" "You w-w-what! You f-f-f what! Come on then you big metal...." "I fear no monkey face!" Biff! Pow! Zap! Zowie! (and other 1960's fight noises) "You can see why I called you" "Yes. Yes, I can...." "Then there's only one thing for it..." After I sold off most of 10+ long boxes of SA books in 2001 (I know - too early to make the big $$$$ like today), I've been strictly adhering to a "5 short box" rule. Once the 5 short boxes get full, something needs to go. Know its not for everyone, but it keeps me focused. Never want to move an SUV sized collection again! Although I might have to up that to six boxes if I ever get close to finishing the whole PHM run with slabbed versions TheWatcher, porcupine48 and KirbyJack

I’m enjoying my comics more than when I had two pallets of long boxes. Get Marwood & I, bc and porcupine48

What cracks me up about all of these covers is that, universally, the humans being terrorized by the crazy monster of the month always seem to be incredibly well-informed about its name, background, and/or destructive capabilities.
