I bought that book raw off eBay several years ago.  The pedigree wasn't mentioned in the listing.  I think I paid about $350.

Okajima camp books with WW II covers are among my favorite ped copies.  Very cool pickup.

I can't recall ever seeing a camp Okajima that didn't have and coding or dates written on the cover. That cover got some nice vibrant colors on it.
