highest possible grade for missing centerfold

Using the latest version of the published grading guide, the closest I can determine for a 1940 Batman #2 with missing centerfold, but otherwise in GD- condition, is likely a FR 1.0?

 

My main concern is to NOT have this book come back from CGC as 0.5 incomplete due to a missing centerfold (2 physical pages = centerfold = 1 page txt story and first 3 panel pages of backup Batman story missing). The grading guide explicitly states centerfold may be missing at FR 1.0, but I've never been clear if there's a direct correlation between the grading guide and CGC.

 

Thanks in advance for any advice! I searched here for past two years on the word centerfold, but came up mostly empty.

If your comic is otherwise Good- (1.8) then a missing centerfold would cause it to receive a .5 grade from CGC.
