GRADING OF COMICS OF FOREIGN ORIGIN

Can COMICS OF FOREIGN ORIGIN be graded by CGC? I am interested in grading INDRAJAL COMICS that consist of PHANTOM AND MANDRAKE THE MAGICIAN stories and were manufactured in INDIA.

 

I also wanted to add INDRAJAL COMICS to the Collectors Society's SETS.

Provided that they are not easily duplicated (black & white completely) and are not too large to be encapsulated then they can be graded by CGC.

Once issues have been graded then a request can be made to add the title to the Registry.
