I am going after Harley Quinn, and also the Lobo cover. It looks awesome. Also for this week, looks like the Bizarro cover is supposed to be hard to get.

They could really create chaos if the second printing had a different 3D cover.

My favorite I think overall have been the Ventrilquist , Harley, Man Bat, Scarecrow and Reverse Flash. I also like the Batman Owl and look for little known title Villians to really be hard to get. Eclipso was cool too, but I am a sucker for that gem.

I was able to score Riddler, Harley Quinn, Penguin & Bane through pre-orders. the rest is going to come down to getting to the right store on the right day.

 

I also got my hands on a Supes 23.4 Parasite 3-D and JLA 7.2 Killer Frost 3-D, I dont collect these titles thoguh.

The 3D covers are awesome! I saw the 3D Superman Unchained at my LCS and it looked great!

fyi,if anyone is in the panama city area, we will have most all the batman on shelf at 10% discount....there are only 2 titles I can't fill subs on, rest I have plenty for the shelf (though we are initially reserving our copies for our regular "local" customers, if we don't sell through, I will make some available here on the boards)...

Heres how my LCS is handling it. I agree with their plan, all the blame is with DC. Since I have only had a pull list with them for the last 4 - 6 months, I dont expect to get any of the 3D covers.

I was on holiday recently forgetting about it all when I should have considered putting in some pre-orders, thought I would do it when I got back but soon found out I was going to struggle to make the sets that I want at cover.

 

The plight of us Tea drinkers is well documented in my inbox. Here are some anon. quotes from individual responses:

 

 

"have created a real nightmare with these."

"US stores have snapped up a crazy amount of them leaving very little for other territories"

... however, the chase was on and it has been fun so far. Haven't tried to grab anything outside of my pull list for my own box for a while now. Not doing as badly as I thought I would. I get the impression that the annoyed responses are simply due to the regulars not getting their advance orders which his fair enough. I can't expect anyone to be annoyed on my behalf when I saunter by weeks later as an occasional customer.

I got my confirmation for tomorrow and I got shorted 1 of the 3 I wanted. I did get Two-Face and Joker but will need Poison Ivy.
