I just remember that I have yet to see my book but I think I have tried to be patient enough until now. I know there apparently was some issues with the final grade but I said long ago to just ship me the book as is but that was July 2015. I followed up back in mid December [pm unread] and then just asked for a refund a few weeks later [pm also unread], Has anyone heard from him?
