eBay counters messed up??

I've been looking at a few auctions that were started this past weekend..the counters show like 5-10 visits at most..and these are pretty "hot" books..I'm wondering if they're messed up? On a few of these there's like 9 different bidders yet the counter shows 6 people have viewed the page?
