..Top Love Stories #19 is fast on it's way to becoming my favorite L.B. Cole Romance cover. All that red, and the woman on the cover looks Doris Day inspired. 

It's also the 'sister' cover perspective, color and subject wise to Spook #23. 

What's not to love?

Picked this up yesterday at my LCS, but the "SDD" on the cover is confusing me.  What is that?  Someone's personal name stamp?  I always avoided buying this issue because it seemed very common and has a less than exciting cover, but the price was so cheap I couldn't pass it up.

This book came in 3 flavors:  Star, Star Accepted Publications reprint, Superior Canadian reprint

SDD always denotes the Canadian issue

Well...you know how I like to kid...but I'm happy with the book anyway.  A Cole book is a Cole book...and it was only $30...

"Rarer"...hmmm...maybe triple guide...hm  lol

A quick look at ebay revealed very few Star copies, but a lot of Accepteds.  No Canadians on ebay.  But, I remember back in the early 90s when I started buying Cole books there always seemed to be a lot of issue 103, whether Accepted or Star, but very few of all the other Cole Blue Bolts.
