Perfect staple placement, back cover is flawless, no date stamps, writings etc.

 

Think what kept it out of 9.8 territory is the bindery chip top right corner.

Here's my copy I got in the early 70's at a flea market where I live, paid ten dollars which was a lot of yard mowing for me. Joined CGC last year and sent off my four free ones and this one came back with a purple label, I never saw anything on it but I did have a little sister and I think she must have marked on it some where. Oh well even in a purple label it's a keeper for me

Yes it was pressed and cleaned by CCS. A lot of my old books got abused when I was a kid.
