I don't know if this is something that CGC would grade but if they do I would think it would grade around a 9.0 maybe a 9.2 mostly because of the spine tear!

They will grade it. Or at least they have in the past. Corner tear brings it down, as does some of the discoloration on the front and back cover. I would guess a 7.5 - 8.0.

BTW, the range in grades so far is 5.0 to 9.2.

Good luck dm! Please keep us posted as to the results! I'm crossing my fingers they see the spine tear as an insignificant defect and that you score the 9.0 that I think it is worthy of at least!

I just sent it off for pressing, so there's a good chance it'll grade a little higher. Once I get it signed by Stan Lee at Megacon and get it back from CGC, I'll post pics, and we'll see who was right.
