Time to bump this page, no posts in almost 2 weeks.

Of all the copies of this book that I have owned over the years, this one, despite it's low grade, has always been my 2nd favorite copy.

As nice a 1.8 as you'll ever see.  This is a great example the type of comic to get signed.   I cringe when I see the really high grade copies signed on the front cover.  But a copy like this.... fantastic.

The AF15 CGC 6.5 cream to off-white pages in today Heritage sold for 72k.

That must be a new record price for that grade and paper quality.

the presence or lack thereof of marvel chipping and other unsightly defects seems to be more important to the value of this book than page quality, white pages notwithstanding.

Not 100% sure if it is a record price.  I remember seeing MCS sell a 6.5 last year for $85k on ebay.

Hi All - I’m back on the forums after an unplanned hiatus. Miss the boards and the great posts.

Still in love with my cherished copy.

wondering if anyone could elaborate on why the 4.0s have come down a bit over last three years where 5s and 6s kept an upward trend? Assuming the spike in 2017 was Homecoming and Civil War driven?

Is it most 4s have chipping?  Just curious what folks think.
