Absolutely. I'd expect to sell for closer to a 4.5's price.

i think the 4.0 looks better then the 5.5

to be honest i think cgc was more strict with grading back in the day... but i guess it depends on the grader.

slight staining in back cover.  wonder if that dinged the grade. Seems like a good resubmit book.

That may be so but, Matt Nelson did make a post stating what I said.  Unfortunately, I can't find his administrative ID to confirm.

I personally sent this copy of Amazing Fantasy #15 to CGC for grading back in 2004. 

I recall buying this puppy sometime during the 80's for less than $500.  

Even back then, I absolutely refused to procure any early Silver Age books with Marvel Chipping (which is my #1 pet peeve when it comes to buying comics)
