Probably will close around $50k that’s a very nice copy

Based on recent prices (which are now "stale"), $55-60K seems more likely for the 4.0.  $150-160K for the 6.5.   It is apparent that the 7.5 sold too cheaply early this month (for $156K), likely b/c it was the first of the high-grade AF15s for sale in this market since the pademic started, and folks weren't ready for it (seller/buyer alike).

I forget..... will there be a buyer fee tacked onto the price?

Not on C-L if you pay by check/wire?

I don't think they take a wire, at least last big deal I had they did not, but correct on no fee by check.

An Amazing Fantasy 15 CGC 2.5 just sold on ebay for $25,400.

So, this book sold for approximately $10,000 per point. I wonder if that holds up with higher grades.

I garnered the following information from GPAnalysis. I have only analyzed books that were sold in April, 2021.

AF #15 2.0 - $17,500 - April 1 - $8,750 per point.
AF #15 2.5 - $25,269 - April 10 - $10,107 per point - 116% higher than 2.0.
AF #15 3.0 - $35,000 - April 13 - $11,667 per point - 115% higher than 2.5.
AF #15 4.0 - $45,901 - April 5 - $11,475 per point - 2% lower than 3.0.
AF #15 6.0 - $96,000 - April 1 - $16,000 per point - 139% higher than 4.0.
AF #15 7.5 - $156,000 - April 1 - $20,800 per point - 130% higher than 6.0.

As I expected, the price per point increases as you go to higher and higher grades. With the exception of the 4.0, the increases are at least "in the ball park" of each other.

How much does a rough CGC 1.0 go for these days and does CGC SS Stan Lee sig make a difference?

An IG user named comic_exchange listed a CGC 3.0 with white pages for $38,500.
