While 2 decades prior to my earliest childhood collecting days the Mid to late 60's Showcase books have always appealed to me, especially 1965-1966. Raw purchase at a mid 1990's con from Harley: Raw purchase at a 1990's con from Motor City - at the time it was most I'd ever spent on single comic. Spring 2000 purchase from Vinny just before he joined Metropolis. If I recall correctly at time of the 1st CGC census this was highest graded copy and 1/1 - no more on either... I'm a strict grader and I feel I have a potential 9.4 candidate of the highly condition sensitive Showcase #57 waiting in Sarasota since Dec to be graded.
