It was six men of Indostan, to learning much inclined,
who went to see the elephant (Though all of them were blind),
that each by observation, might satisfy his mind.

The first approached the elephant, and, happening to fall,

'God bless me! but the elephant, is nothing but a wall!'

The second feeling of the tusk, cried: 'Ho! what have we here,

'Tis clear enough the elephant is very like a tree.'

can tell what this resembles most; Deny the fact who can,
This marvel of an elephant, is very like a fan!'

The sixth no sooner had begun, about the beast to grope,
than, seizing on the swinging tail, that fell within his scope,
'I see,' quothe he, 'the elephant is very like a rope!'

And so these men of Indostan, disputed loud and long,
each in his own opinion, exceeding stiff and strong,
Though each was partly in the right, and all were in the wrong!

So, oft in theologic wars, the disputants, I ween,
tread on in utter ignorance, of what each other mean,
and prate about the elephant, not one of them has seen!

I think people are free to make up their own minds and make their own judgments based on what they see here.

If people had any sense of self awareness they'd be able to understand this and not think it's some behind the scenes conspiracy working against them

If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. 

There's nothing magic about it, nor is it any great conspiracy. The most successful lies have the germ of truth to them; that's what makes them plausible. So you point to the goose, and tell the people, over and over again, "that's what a duck looks and sounds like." 

Eventually, they'll believe it, no matter what they think they see.

If you tell several lies big enough, and keep repeating them, the same thing happens. And remember, the best, most plausible lies contain elements of the truth.

The goal is to bait a reaction, by telling lies mixed with truth, so the thread gets shut down again.

There are things that could be said, but that would be rising to the bait, and the thread would get shut down (along with, perhaps, some warnings.)

Just remember there's always a lot more ice that you don't see below the waterline.

I’ll pay a premium for any Minor major Key book newsstand of same grade from about 1985 after.

As a collector I’d rather have a 9.6 News of say Hulk 340 because I know there is less likelihood.

Books like New Mutants 98 Anazing Spider-Man 300...

Newsstand all day!
