Thanos only because the guy has Nine lives, and Darkseid with that purple helmet (no pun intended) always has his arms hands behind his back. He won't be ready to block that uppercut.

I love me some Thanos but this is easy.

 

With the glove Thanos wins easy. Without the glove, Darkseid whomps Thanos in a brutal beat down.

Maybe,in round one.

 

Round 2 Thanos rips him limb from limb and takes a dump in his skull.
