MARVEL SUPER SPECIAL # 4 - BEATLES - $15

 

I'd call this a VF/VF+. Super sweet book, but has blunted corner which shows more on the back than the front. You can see it in the scan. Press into a NM.

 

Super glossy and not the easiest mag to find. George Perez art too.

This book goes up and then it goes down. Then back up again. Whoever has $15 can take it home. Glossy and looks brand new.

LOGAN'S RUN # 6 - THANOS STORY - $10

 

Nice presenting copy but has that lower right front corner crease there. Other than that, a sweet book. Call it FN+/VF... pushing hard to be VF.

SPECTACULR SPIDER-MAN # 213 - GAMEPRO VARIANT - $5

 

Beautiful copy from the front, but upper back cover appears to have been given some damage with a quick shove and a backing board at some time in the past. 1/4 " upper back cover spine split there where the crease is. Still a fairly hard to find variant.

STAR WARS: TALES OF THE JEDI - GOLD EDITIONS - FULL SET $20

 

These copies look very nice, but over the last 20 years since they came out, some wear has occurred... mainly in the form of slight spine stress. Nothing out of the ordinary but due to the all black back covers, its noticeable. Issue #5 is probably the worst one and it would still be a VF-/VF. I would say the set would average out to VF/NM overall. The price is a steal for the set.

PREACHER SPECIAL: THE STORY OF YOU-KNOW-WHO - NM GLOSSY- $5

 

I have three NM copies of this fine book which are only cover price of $5 each.

 

Hard to believe these books and this story are 18 years old now. Did you know Ennis based this character on a true life person? Its true. Heavy Metal took a hit when that lawsuit hit.

I have TWO NM COPIES at original cover price of $5 each. Great reads if you haven't tried them yet. Plus its a good time to snag these under printed one shots... definitely less of these than the regular Preacher issues.

QUICKSILVER # 1, 2, 2 (MIKE GOLDEN VARIANT), 3, 4, 5 - ALL NM

 

I have THREE TWO NM GLOSSY SETS of these six issues for sale at $15 a set.

 

1997 was a notorious year for low print runs. This book came out in 1997 and nobody cared... and nobody purchased it. There just isn't that many copies out there compared to X-Men and Spider-Man copies at the time, each of which was at an all time low print run wise.

 

Will Pietro get hot as a character now that he's made his appearance at the end of THE WINTER SOLDIER? I don't have any idea. I can say that at $15 a set... that that price is just a shade above cover price. Plus that Golden variant for issue 2 is quite sweet.

WILDSIDERZ # 0, 1, 2, 2 VARIANT - ALL NM GLOSSY - ALL FOR $10

 

J. Scott Campbell hasn't taken too many missteps in his career... and I'm not sure if this was one or not. His artwork never looked better than it did here... plus the colors on this series were fantastic. Plus that issue #2 variant isn't the easiest book to find either.
