This is the thread to request full set additions to the CGC Registry. (Requests for expansions can be made in the thread dedicated to those requests) There must be more than one issue/book in the set or graded by CGC to create a set. You can add your request to this thread, just please only request a title once and check to make sure that the set does not already exist on the registry.

 

Below is the list of sets currently up for addition based upon previous requests.

As before, each set will be marked as DONE when they are finished. (or if I have any notes or questions, that will be noted instead).

Once I have completed this list I will create a new list of the requests that are featured in this thread, so please try to only request a title once and then be patient for the new thread (it helps to skim through and make sure another user hasn’t requested it already, too)…thanks!

 

Just to clarify:

-Any request for a "custom" or specialized set will need a list to be provided. The complete list can be posted, PM'd or e-mailed to me. If a list is not provided by the time I reach the request it will be moved to the end of the list.

-Any request for a "custom" or specialized set requires that I build it slot-by-slot which takes considerably longer than normal sets, so this will slow down progress.

Personally, I would prefer all variants to be listed just as “Variant Cover” e.g. “Batgirl 1 Variant Cover” as per Supergirl 2005 set, rather than naming the variant e.g. “Batgirl 1 Cully Hamner Variant Cover”. Keeps things simple, nice and tidy!

 

I’ll attempt to put together a list for the New 52 Harley Quinn set when we’re a few more issues into the series (and DC decides on how many times issue #0 is going to be released).

Is it possible to add a general registry set for the Legion of Super-Heroes (DC Comics)? I was hoping there would be a set for all Legion appearances, starting with Adventure Comics #247 and ending prior to their reboot in 1994 (or maybe even before the Five Years Later event which retconned Superboy out of their history)?

 

A starting point for the list would be the DC Legion Archives series and maybe throwing in the Karate Kid series and possibly other solo Legionnaire appearances?

 

Just wondering.
