That’s horrible!! Tracking shows as being delivered yet they side with the lying buyer?! I wonder if signature confirmation would’ve helped? Maybe the carrier remembers mis-delivering but then that’s on the postal service. Baffling especially considering they have a history of it. That’s crappy and I’d appeal their decision.

I present that info to PayPal. Along with delivery confirmation.

I would argue with PayPal and Ebay to say, fine they refunded the buyer, they want the buyer to be happy, BUUUUUUT

refund you THE SELLER as well, you fulfilled your obligation to ebay and PayPal as well!!!!!!!

I've had a slab shipped to me, that arrived split in twain, I got a refund and an email that the seller did to because it didn't arrive back to them "in the condition 'they' sent it"

I just got off the phone with PayPal customer service. They were great. They looked up the tracking info, saw that it had been delivered, and put the money back in my account.

It's my understanding that their resolution center is automated, so when you file a claim, it's a program, not a human, delivering the verdict. Which is bound to be a hot mess.

I had a book that was ending today a hulk 340 graded 9.6 cgc, though it was unlikely to be that grade due to the overhang bend now on the front cover that happened sometime during grading.

anyway I made it very clear to see the defects in the listing and bid accordingly.  A bidder went way up on it, sent me a message then that they only looked at the pictures and descriptions after bidding and didn’t want the book. They canceled a single bid but not all of them so I had to manually cancel the bid and put them on my blocked list

ebay usually sides in favor with the buyer... had it happen a few times before... the things they do to keep customers/buyers is astonishing... they'll literally jrek you off haha

We all know that the USPS is backed up and the depots is overloaded. This one seems to have a personal thing against me. I do know this guy, set up next to me at one of the conventions. but he said I deserve the negative feedback because the USPS picked up the package on time and never scanned it & showed up late. (that was removed to) He did not want to listen to reason that the USPS is not in my control. He did get the book, There was no damage.

He hit the BIN on a ASM #4 Ramos Variant CGC 9.8 from my eBay store.  Even before I sent him the invoice for international shipping, he asked whether I can declare a lower value / gift for customs.  I replied in detail telling him that I don't control that since I only ship internationally through ebay standard internationally delivery, which means I ship it first to an eBay shipping center and they ship it to the buyer on my behalf.  He pays for my invoice and sends me another message asking me the same thing to declare a lower value on the package.  I had to go back and forth a few times reiterating what I've explained to him in the first message and at the end just asked to have the transaction cancelled.  This just bugs the out of me that he never asked about this prior for him hitting that BIN.  Also I even explained to him that I can't when I sent out the invoice and he kept insisting.  Now that I cancelled the transaction, I get hit with that non-refundable fee from PayPal which stings given the amount of money involved.

Left neg feedback without reaching out. Feedback was "package was not properly packed".

He confirmed that comic was received as described but gave negative feedback as packaging did not include a top loader and because there was damage to the box it was shipped in.

The whole purpose of packaging well is that no matter what happens to the packaging - the comic will still arrive as sold. Guess some buyers just really hard to please.

on the positive side - he did say Tks for the biz! 

i did send him a request to revise fb which he rejected. Now with eBay.
