Would you get a cover repro of FF1 or SS4?

Looking for some guidance. I like the covers equally, but am stuck on which to approach an artist I know that could do them. I have him doing Hulk 181, but want him to do another one when it's done. It's oil on board.

If it's oil on board, the darker background and colors on the Surfer 4 cover should pop a lot more than the FF1 mostly white color. I would say SS 4!
