It is being auctioned in August 2014 by Pristine Comics.

They have a huge pull out ad in this year's Overstreet Price Guide announcing it.

Does anyone have copies of the OSPG yet?

Hmm they are from Winterpeg. Interesting. Wondering if this is a new to market Canadian-source copy hm

The OSPG arrived today and flipped through it and saw Pristine's pull out ad

in it.

The ad must state through which venue the book will be auctioned?

Or are they holding the auction themselves somehow?

Whoa. :o White pages, bright and clean with a potential upgrade to a 9.2 just from glancing at a pic, erase my previous comments. What are the chances that the current owner of the other 9.0 would want to upgrade as this looks pretty darn special.

Geez, it almost looks fake...

That crossed my mind; hopefully the provenance will put that thought to bed.

Stunning colors and whites, and clean as a whistle!

Based on the pictures, my first thought was this book had to be washed/cleaned in the 70s and perfectly preserved since.

Hopefully it has a nice provenance and just one in a million that made it through the years though!

When a proper scan will be produced, it will become evident how the new copy towers over the first ...
