¿can you help? looking for guice's "temple of doom" & hall's "willow" pages

I've spent the last 6 months tracking every lead I could find on sites, ebay sales records, collector's forums... I've sent like a hundred emails and spoke with dozens of collectors (and meet some nice guys on the way! hi you!)... but it's always a dead end. "Not for sale"... "Don't have it anymore and can't find the buyer"... To be honest I did find one once, but it was like the worst page ever, and had like the highest price ever.

 

 

¿Do you have any of these pages?

¿Did you have it and sold it but can point me to the buyer's direction?

¿Did you at least see one of them somewhere?

Any hint will be more than welcome! :(
