Detractors include multiple areas of cover stress (specifically see Nick's knee there), pretty obvious lower corner crease and the ever present spine ticking. There is also a non color breaking stress line that runs down from the price box diagonally into the word "Spider" of Spider-Man which the scan doesn't show but a tilt to the side does. Hey its a VG/FN but looks nice.

Just a few spine ticks and there's a upper corner page edge that has a 1/16 chip that's still hanging on. Probably production related.

 

EDIT IN 8/30/14: Upon closer inspection, book has some of the same "turn to the side" to see cover striations that could be remedied with a press that some of the others have. Down graded this one to NM- land and lowered the price a tad.
