'Resurrection of Hela' panel from which Thor?

I have this Third Eye poster by John Buscema - and from what I've noticed and been told, all the Third Eye poster art were taken from actual comic panels. I haven't been able to figure out which issue this panel came from - any Thor readers out there point me in the right direction?

I believe that's from Thor 189 or 190, where Odin initially kills Hela; but soon realizes his mistake that by killing Death, no one can die. So he brings her back to life.
