steelcity
Silly cover but a tough book in high grade. Very early CGC grading on this issue.

steelcity
First Legion cover after #300 and rather elusive in high grade. This is Metro's scan from when I bought it. Very exciting issue.
tth2
Another Legion themed cover from Jimmy Olsen. Nice! This thread is helpful because it's showing me who's been outbidding me for various books!

Legion Lad-migration
So ... I joined this group simply because of this thread! There's never been a COMPLETE index to the Legion ... every list you know of has omissions. For the past couple of years I have dedicated a Facebook page to featuring all the rare and obscure Legion-related items (including books with cameos, mere mentions or references to the group, merchandise, accessories, etc). And currently I am also helping compile a comprehensive index that will list everything and leave no stone unturned. Personally, I own every single Legion item on my list, except for a couple of collectibles that have proven very hard to find (a piece of wrapping paper, and a style guide DVD). Let me know if you think you can help! Silver
Beautiful books Ian, love the 302 Here's a few more, trying to to repeat what has been posted so far: They didn't have the cover in the early Adventures: 1950's war comics

steelcity
This classic issue, that sees Mon-El finally leave the Phantom Zone after 1000 years of exile has an interesting cover, but really ought to have featured the released legionnaire. steelcity
It is astounding, really, how DC persisted with the Elastic Lad saga, from quaint beginnings to Legion member and almost a separate character identity for Jimmy himself. My first JO #105 was a very tatty example that bothered me even then. I still have not found a truly high grade copy but this is pretty. Twin Cities copy. steelcity
Nice atmospheric Legion cover here, but most of the early #340s issues are really the lull before the oncoming storm.
steelcity
In many respects, the pre-Adventure #300 Legion appearances remain the ones most likely to excite collectors. The numerous Legion appearances in Action Comics remain a challenge for collectors to find nice copies.
steelcity
Even cameo appearances in the Superman title help to create a more integrated DC universe. In this issue, the sad Legionnaires pay respect to their greatest member.
steelcity
Classic Legion cover and equally classic early 1970s recreation.

ttfitz
Lots of pretty books here. How 'bout some beat-but-complete? I don't go for the high quality books, but I make up for it in quantity. Don't have an Adventure 247, but how about Legion appearances (according to Overstreet) 2-10?
