My fault for bumping this thread and not the one in Modern. Has the search feature been working oddly for anyone else?

Any thoughts as to what a first print #1 in 9.8 would go for in todays market? Looking at the census there only seems to be 5 blue label 9.8 copies in total out of less than 100 copies graded. Is there any demand left for this series?

Between 1k and 2k for sure. Demand might rise again for the book since Terry is working on a new release for early next year. I’m still looking out for a 9.8 copy.

Movie in the works also, yes there is demand especially for first print issue one which is hard to find in high grade and a low print run. I would buy issue one anytime I see it.

I picked up a set of v1 first prints recently, but actually I'm Moore excited () about the hard-to-find 2002 calendar. Now, I'm just missing the 2004 calendar to complete the set. (If you have one, let me know!) I also grabbed a 90-card base set to go in my SIP binder.

I've been buying it, but am very backed up with my reading in general.
