$1500 is a very high price tag for a luncheon. However, if the remark is on one of his rare convention variants and is a legit character, I feel it could be worth it.

I am a big JSC fan and I certainly dont feel alienated by the price tag. It could be the only time I would ever get to sit down and hang out with my favorite artist. If I can generate the funds, I will probably do it.

He11, if I were a CGC facilitator, it might be lucrative. Buy a VIP pass, bring along another person, get people to pay you to witness for them and then get your own books/remarks witnessed/submitted.

Maybe thats against the rules, I have no idea. (shrug)

I say a BIG CONGRATS to whoever does it :) 

At least if you don't want to bother with the any "hassle" of SDCC, you don't have to have a ticket to the con to enjoy the luncheon ;)
