Dang, you're right! I didn't realize that Georgie #26 was rejected.... I wasn't paying attention (and how!). Turns out the CGC message board has a limit of 5 attachments per message. I'll post it here.

 

Kudos to 143ksk for discovering an "And How!" cover that I missed (Millie the Model #33)! There could be a couple more out there -- if anybody finds one please post it.
