Under $450 for a TTA #52 8.5 seems very cheap to me.

I should have been clearer ... wasn't trying to compare #52 with #13, 27, 35, or 44, all of which are true keys.  There aren't really any "true keys" in TTA after #44, IMHO, but among the rest of the books #52 is one of the most valuable.
