Comprehensive List of DC Universe Logo UPC Variants

That's a good question, and not one I know the answer to. I'm unaware of any mini-packs that have "bullet" books in them, and I would think that they would have to be limited to that one month period prior to the changeover to DCU variants because that is what the more common issues like Detective #669 and Flash #85 all fall into. Yet another interesting mystery in this series!

A quick look through the image library turned up only this one 2-pack that contained a DC bullet issue, Robin #2.  The issue on the other side of the pack is a DC Universe UPC issue.

Interesting, thanks for that! Robin #1-2 joins Action Comics as the only titles that have two bullet issues. Not sure why that was, maybe the publishing schedules had both issues fall during the bullet window. I’ve never had too much trouble finding Robin #2, I’ve had 2-3 bullet copies. In my experience #1 is the more difficult. I can’t remember whether my copy is deluxe or regular, I’ll have to check, and we should note whether one or both versions have bullets.

I think JLI is in that group too, with #58 and #59

Warlord -- you are amazing.   You have found the "missing link".  :applause:    (worship)

Now if you or someone else could produce the 3-pack of Batman 445/446/447, that would just be icing on the cake.

I scrolled back as far as the 65th page to find a list of them lol

But then saw that you cpt Kirk were at a perfect 800 posts lol

I couldn't resist, that's a milestone after about 8 years :tink:

But no list unfortunately for this book yet

Thanks guys and still new this week, glad to have picked it up!

Still congratulations on the find always good to add more that are new to your collection.  I have to keep double checking as now I have 1 long box and about 2 short boxes full of just DCU that I really need to just sit down and sort and separate again as I keep getting some that I swear I dont have only to find some already in my boxes. Although on the bright side sometimes they are still an upgrade..

I am wondering if anyone here has a 20 /16/10 pack from December 1994? I have been searching and if there is one I can not find an image. Hoping someone here can help. Thank you.

I believe that it does not exist.  I've seen every 16 and 20-pack brick from Nov 1992 thru Nov 1994 (one exists for each month).   Starting in Dec 1994, there are quite a few titles for which we have never seen a DCU symbol on the cover.  Thus, it seems to add credence that there was no pack in Dec 1994.    Examples of Dec 1994 issues with no known DCU symbol are Batman 513, Superman 95, Justice League 94, Superman Man of Steel 39.   After Nov 1994, I think some of the DCU reprints are hard to find because they were only produced for two-packs.

I know that some of these have made it up there in price, but today I was shocked.  Two bidders at $700 ... :whatthe:20200703_144639.jpg.4bf99080363e7d4a970db902993c99c3.jpg20200703_144702.jpg.63c63c46167729dfd485d5cce404f78b.jpg

Wait. W.T.F.?!

Wow. I was reading Superman comics off the racks at the time. All I can say is that the stories and art then were lame.
